Merged cells with formula value copied and pasted not working corrrectly

I have cell on a worksheet that has a formula to get the password from the workbooks database and display it in merged cells. Whether I Right click and copy or use the CTRL-C copy, when I paste that value in an online Login Form it gives me an invalid password.

If I put a formula in a blank cell and point it to the merged cells (i.e. = K21 the merged cells) I get the same value and if I copy and paste into the online Login Form it works OK.

I may not know how to fix your issue, but just some advice: merged cells act weird in general. I try to stay as far away from them as I can within my data and only use them to make titles and whatnot pop. If those cells do not absolutely have to be merged, just un-merge them and make column J wider. Honestly, it is what I would do.
