    In O5, copied down:

    =IF(N5<>"",N5,INDEX($N$5:$N$16,MATCH(1,INDEX(($K$5:$K$16=K5)*($N$5:$N$16<>""),0),0)))

Yes. calm down. You don't own me, or pay me. I'll answer as and when I want to... and I do NOT react well to repeat questions every few minutes.

    =IF(N5<>"",N5,INDEX($N$5:$N$16,MATCH(1,INDEX(($K$5:$K$16=K5)*($N$5:$N$16<>""),0),0)))

Red: return values from this range
orange: where the criteria are met (matched excatly)
    blue: criterion 1
    Green: criterion 2
Cyan: a way to avoid having to enter the formula as an array formula in your version of Excel.

It would be very nice if you were to just click the Add Reputation button at the foot of any of the posts of members who helped you reach a solution.

Finally, if that takes care of your original question, please click on "Thread Tools" from the menu link (just above the first post in the thread) and mark this thread as SOLVED.
