Excel Rotating List of Names

Hi Team

I have a small query, I have a list of names in cells A13 - A22

What I am needing is a formula to rotate through that list by one. E.G value in A13 moves down by one to A14 and then the value in A22 would rotate in to A13. So on and so fourth. I also need this to be working via a button to trigger the rotation on each click.

Thanks in advance. Im sure itll be an easy one but the ol brain is not functioning
