Quartile Percent

Hello,
Ive attached my file.

How can i quartile my column M into 4. I want a table ot a model that i can change the prices in those quartiles. I dont want it just 4 quartiles distrubedted equally. I want like a model or table that i can chnage for each year and the prices i want in that quartile

For example i want 4 quartiles

Prices from 0-9
9-15
15-50
50-100

How can i do that? Please any help
