Good morning to all.

Can I please ask for the possible formula that can be used in the attached worksheet, basically I need the entry date and time in column "L6:L17 & W6:W17 & L21:L32 & W21:W32" whenever there is a new entry value on the cells beside it , and each entry date should act individually.

I have already attached a screenshot to explain this further.
