Using the Internet to send the Excel cell value

I am wondering if is it possible to use the Internet to submit the values of cells (Defined Range, Range C7:C18 of the attached file) into another excel file and after submitting erase these values.

When saying that you want to "use the Internet to submit these values into another excel file", where is the other excel file located? On the internet or on another PC on a network?

i should have two excel files. one of them on PC1 and the other on PC 2. The cell values of PC1 should be submitted to the other excel file on PC2 via the Internet.
