VLookup is NOT finding cells!! what is wrong?

    Hello All

I do NOT know whats wrong. I've ensured the contents are formatted the same and trimmed any extra spaces, etc...but my Vlookup is not working. Any ideas? I'm trying to pull the lowest status from Sheet2 and bring it to Sheet 1.
    Please help! Thanks so much!

change type of column on sheet2 to number (real numbers) because now this is a text so you can't find numbers in text values

Cool Re: VLookup is NOT finding cells!! what is wrong?

if you are interested you can use Power Query

imho [PO no.] and [po] should be text, not a number as these "numbers" are not used for calculations, but maybe I'm wrong

It still says Windows - your Windows version is of no real interest to us - it should say Excel.
