Split Column D to separate Lines and duplicate the rest of the data related to that line

I am trying to figure out a more automated way to split codes in column D that are separated by a comma. I would like them split to individual lines but also include the rest of the column data, duplicating it essentially, into those lines.

I have provided sample data with the desired output.

I am sure there is a way but never came across in thsi situation.

Very difficult to split the value in D5 by the comma, as there aren't any.

I couldn't figure out why textsplit wasn't working.

So I got it solved actually much easier than I had thought through powerquery by splitting the values by commas and unpivoting the data....thank you guys....please do not any more work on this.
