Conditional Formatting Exception Based on Adjacent Column

This is quite a simple objective (I think), but I can't seem to make it work reliably.

In the attached spreadsheet, column J contains a due date. Right now, the conditional formatting formula turns it yellow if the date listed is within the next 30 days.

I need to keep that functionality, but disable it only if the adjacent "Report Status" column is listed as "Complete"
