Monthly and one time service fee Deferred revenue schedule

Hi guys I could use some help on this Deferred revenue schedule

I have a contract amount that I need to spread evenly through various dates as well as one-time service fees but can not quite get the formula to be dynamic enough to work throughout the sheet.

It would ideally look something like this
