Random Return from list based on 2 variables

Hit a stump.
Attached a sample..
Sheet 1 should look for rows on 'sources' and return a random result based on sheet1 Dx, then filtered based on a status variable in sheet1 Rx. It only needs to return the value in Sources Col A. The other fields on sheet1 index and lookup other data based on the result in sheet1 col G
The sheet as it is now performs well in a static sense. it returns 1 result for the row in sheet1 and that's it. .. so this is a adaptation to alow more dynamic use..
