IF, AND Formula

Hello,

I have a formula in column Q stating if column L begins with "S" then take column N and divide by 24 and if not then take column N and multiply by 8 then multiply by the networkdays between K and A1 and that all works fine. But, how do I add in a statement saying if column K is the first day of of the month (in this example it's 04/01/22) then return the amount of zero in column Q? Do I need to add an "and" statement and if so how? I have highlighted in yellow the cells that needs to have zero as the amount since their effective date in column K is 04/01/22.
