reduce time needed to complete expanding an array formula

Hello guys,
Here we meet again.
My only enquiry is that the array formula located inside my matrix would need an approximately 11 hours to be expanded across all cells.
Is there any amendments to the formula or any faster approach to handle this heavy computation.
I attach a sample of my sheet, but my original matrix contain 500 row items * 500 column items..

Please refer to my excel to see the array formula inside the grey colored matrix.
