I have been looking for a weighted generator app, or website, for so long but nowhere seems to have an actual working weighted generator that can have over 1 mil tickets. Finally, I came across a few Excel generator-related links on Google and decided to check it out. It seems simple enough, however, all the solutions I've seen require macros and I'm using the iOS version which doesn't support macros.

Straight to the point,
How would I go about creating my own raffle with weighted chances (with the possibility of over 1 million per participant) without the use of macros? If it helps, I am on iOS version 2.64. A template would also help here.
