Ok people,

I have a list of companies
See Attached

I have the street addresses for 3 companies.

(Compnay) (123 Main St) (Houston) (TX) (713-555-1212)

How can I get excel to use the information above to locate the rest of the street addresses?

You may need to clarify this, your sample only has one company name for all 25 rows and only 1 row has an address.

Yes, One company, that has 25 different locations across the U.S. (25 different manufacturing facilities) I wanted to know if it is possible for excel to get the mailing address for each facility based on Company Name, City, State, and Phone number.

Also, let's say I have all that info and no phone number, would excel be able to get the phone number if I have Name, Address, City State, and ZIP?

Did you enter addresses manually or were they added automatically by using formula?
