Formula taking names + date from a big spreadshee, and transfer them into a smaller one

Hello esteemed colleagues,

I have a big ROTA with 40 people, for the entire month. What i need to do is: identify which person is working on a specific day, on a specific shift, and add the name of the individual in a new table

I've tried with X lookup but i bumped into errors, because i need 2 criterias: 1 criteria which identifies colleagues working on today and another criteria identifying the colleagues working on a specific shift.

Hope i've expressed myself clearly enough. I've attached a dummy example here as well
