    I have shown one formula solution but it will leave blank rows if there are not 3 items for a particular customer. However, you can then convert the formula results to values and sort to get the data how you want it.

    It might be possible to do this with formulas without the gaps but I'm not sure how.

    It could also be done with VBA, which might be better if you have to do this repeatedly.
