Formula to identify the highest and lowest rates from a price matrix

    Hi,

I'm trying to check the highest and lowest rates input into a price matrix.

The data to be evaluated is on the 'Rates' tab. The criteria to be checked are the Lookup Reference (col D), Building Type (row 31) and the columns named 'Service' (only services stated as 'Yes - Std' are to be checked. 'Yes - Non-Std' aren't included in the check).

The table with the results to be returned is on the 'Rate Check' tab.

If it helps, I've included the formula I've written which isn't working, but may give you an idea of what I'm trying to achieve (highlighted in red on the 'Rate Check' tab)?

Attached is an example of the data I'm working with and expected results for the first couple of service lines.

    Thanks in advance,

    Snook
