    How to list of employees who have done their duty according to date and time?

    I would like to get a list of names of all the employees who have done their duty by date and time. Would anyone please help me?

    In your first sample, the criteria were in column C, but in this new sample they are in column B, thus the error.
    Here's the formula adjusted to your new sample:
