Auto Hide Blank Rows without VB or Filtering

Hiding Blank Rows without running VB or going to Filter

I have two sheets in attached file.

I am pasting the data from system in the 1st sheet and in 2nd sheet I want to print data what I need.

all cells in 2nd sheet is linked to 1st one and I want to auto hide blank rows and make it ready for printing.
How to do it without any VB or going to filter and uncheck blank cells. I mean I just want to past the data in 1st sheet and just click print in 2nd sheet without any other extra click.

    Thanks in Advance
    Ali

Given your conditions I don't believe you can.

Using Number Filter for > 0 would supress the blank rows but that's essentially the same as unchecking blank cells so I guess that isn't permitted either.

    Plese try,

open ribbon Formula, choose Name manager , New
Type Area_to_print in the name box
    Scope Report to print
    Refers to : =OFFSET('Report to Print'!$A$1,1,0,COUNTA('UF Data (Contractor)'!$A:$A),7)

    press OK

then select Print_Area and change refers to to:
    Area_to_Print

    Regards.

Sorry, I didn't noticed that you have a grand total at the bottom.
    My solution didn't work.

    Regards.

Note : But if you could modify formula and some of condition format
(and plus 1 to row high in offset formula) it might be work as if in the attatched file.

The attatched file was rough , might be need to modify some formula more.
