How to combine COUNTIF + INDEX + MODE + IF + MATCH

I have 2 formulas which work, however I want to combine them. I have tried many combinations but cannot do it.

Here are the two formulas:

=COUNTIF(F4:F1000,Stats!P10)

+

=INDEX($L$4:$L$1000,MODE(IF($L$4:$L$1000<>"",MATCH($L$4:$L$1000,$L$4:$L$1000,0))))

If you know how to, please advise
