This should be a simple formula but for the life of me I cannot remember how it's done something about Countif?

Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. Depending on the version of Excel it's being used in, this last one may need to be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

I have an MySql Query that I export my results as CSV to MS Excel but on exporting, the excel has this error in the data sent - how can I post a error message?
