Check Count of non blank cells with multiple criteria

Hi,

Check Count of non blank cells with multiple criteria:

I am using this formula: COUNTIFS('Export Worksheet'!$E2:$E378972,"104",'Export Worksheet'!$B$2:$B$378972,">="&'104'!$B3,'Export Worksheet'!$B$2:$B$378972,"<"&'104'!$B4)
but it is counting blank cells as well.
i tried with just COUNTIF but unable to keep multiple criteria.

please help to count non blank cells with multiple criteria.

Without seeing your file: add another criteria which checks the range(s) for "not blank": e,g $E2:$E378972,"<>"
