SumIf and CountIf for multiple columns having same header in a table

[Sum]

There is a skill matrix (attached herewith the xls) where from i need to calculate the total of current skills numbers under several skill headers.
Total is 22 [=SUMIFS(C13:H18,C13:H18,">="&"1",C13:H18,"<="&"4",C12:H12,"Cur")] this is not working
As well,
sum of all numbers under Tar columns >>not working >> =SUMIFS(C14:H19,C14:H19,">="&"1",C14:H19,"<="&"4",C13:H13,"Tar")
Count of all cells with a number under Cur >> not working>> =COUNTIFS(C12:H12,"Cur",C13:H18,">="&"1",C13:H18,"<="&"4")
Count of all cells with a number under Tar >> not wporking >> =COUNTIFS(C13:H13,"Tar",C14:H19,">="&"1",C14:H19,"<="&"4")

Could someone please help me with these formulae? Thanks in advance.
