Attendance rolling 12-month calculator

Our company uses a point system for our attendance tracking. I am trying to calculate total points on a rolling 12-month schedule. - for example, if an employee receives any sort of attendance point on 4/10/22 it will come off on 4/10/23.

The formula I have currently for column C (Total Points this year) is not populating. The person who was in this position before me put that formula in there, and I'm not sure how it needs to be adjusted.
