Auto Generate Based Off Criteria

What I Currently Have From A Previous Source:

Enter a number in column B in rows 3 through 30. Based off the drop down tab, it fills in the aircraft tail number. When you designate HANGAR or LINE in column E it moves that aircraft to the bottom two yellow areas depending on whether it was LINE or HANGAR. It moves the aircraft based off the SMALL function and numerically moves them around.



What I Want It To Do:

I want it to still move aircraft to their respective spots based off HANGAR or LINE, but I DO NOT want it to look at the SMALL function. I simply want it to move based off the location and even if a lower numerical number gets entered, it just moves in order that the aircraft was entered.
