meet two conditions to include exact matches only

I have a formula: =SUMPRODUCT(--EXACT("third-party systems",N2:N109)). This retrieves the correct exact match because I need to exclude "third-party systems or external".

However, I'm trying to use it alongside a COUNTIF statement in order to retrieve third-party systems that are also a "n" in column A (A2:A109).

I've not been able to figure out a formula for both scenarios that excludes "third party systems or external" from results. Can anyone help?
