Find out the unit price according to the date and material within the date range

From Table1 to Table2 two criteria , O3:O9 (blue color area need formula) is the answer I want

Can someone please help me ? It would be much appreciated

In O3 copied down

=INDEX($D$5:$J$7,MATCH(L3,$B$5:$B$7),MATCH(M3,$D$4:$J$4,FALSE))

You'll need to add a #4 to your table otherwise you'll get an error in O7
