conditional formatting error

In my worksheet i want to compare two values given in col s and col p. I want to see that if given value in col s is greater than that of given in col P it may be shown as green else in RED . I applied conditional formatting.

selected cell S6. conditional formatting- greater than- then selected P6- color green selected- then again did the same steps with Less than and selected color as RED. I copied down with format painter. i got results. But in some cells the result is showing calculation errors. I have put a yellow formatted cell in col-U against each error cell .is there any other(better) way to get the desired result? Kinldy help me in sorting out the issue. kindly go thru the attached.thanks
