Assistance to return a specific number or result of 2 cell addition

I am in a deep brain fog this morning and having trouble with this formula....normally, I can pull this out pretty quick, but not today

Basically, if column U is 25 then return 25, if U is 0 then return W + X

See, easy...but not this morning
