Percent complete based off quantity finished and quantity remaining

If I'm building 35 assemblies and there are 10 different steps to the assembly, I'm trying to determine what percentage I am complete with finishing the 35 assemblies. There might be different quantities at each of the different steps. Additionally, some steps are much harder than the others, so if there is a method of applying a "weight" to each of the steps (10 being the hardest, 1 being the easiest), that would provide further accuracy in determining how far along I am with completing all 35 assemblies. What would the formula for this look like? I've attached my sample workbook.

I should also clarify that I would like this to be a live representation of where I'm at. In my sample, the quantity might be where I am at Monday, and I'd like then, on Tuesday, to enter the quantity at each step after having worked on the assemblies for another day, and so on.

    Thank you!

Firstly, what is the figure that you are expecting the calculation to return? Secondly, how are you expecting us to know how much of each stage is complete when you don't appear to have told us what the TOTAL quantity at each step would be? Or am I missing something?

We really need a bit more flesh on the bones here, please.

Hi, please see my solution attached.

I have used SUMPRODUCT to calculate the weighted progress for all units.

I have assumed that both Pass and Fail are considered to be 100% complete.

    Hope this helps.
