Sorry forgot the formula
(Number of injuries in the last 12 months / Total hours worked in the same 12 months ) * 1,000,000 = TRIFR
Hard to check manually, because the two datasets cover different time periods... and the sample is rather massive...
but.
=10^6*COUNTIF(Table2[Injury Date Reported],">="&EDATE(B1,-12))/SUMPRODUCT((DATEVALUE(Table1[Month and Year])>=EDATE(B1,-12))*Table1[Hours Worked])
