Cell to change colour with 2 contions are meet

Good afternoon

I have a excel sheet that I have set up when it sees a cell in Column A that matches A1 value AMPP
the row changes yellow

the problem that I need to find out if any values in column F are lower value then Column G
I would like the cell in Column F to change to red but only to the rows that have column A as AMPP

I have set up on my cells

=$A2=$A$1

and when they match they change to Yellow

I am very new with Conditional formatting when it comes to adding in formulas

My name goal is if row starts with AMPP change row to yellow if column F is under the amount from Column G change cell in column F to Red

I have Rows 5 and 13 with the count that is under column G

Any help would be great
