I'm trying to do what feels pretty simple, but I can't find any help online and can't figure it out myself. I have a spreadsheet of people that left my company with the date of their departure in the A column. If that date is before today, I want the text for the entire row to turn red. I'd like it to check the entirety column A and to apply the text color to A - H. Why is this so hard?
