Hi All,
I have created data validation in dates from C5:C13. However, in the dropdown list cell F4, those dates are displayed as code instead (2-Feb-2021 : 44229). I could just create a helper column to convert dates to text but I try to avoid this. How to achieve this?

Change the format of cell F4 from General to Custom Number: dd-mmm-yyyy
