VLOOKUP or Find Replace

Hi,

I have a list of transactions in a few thousand where one of the columns has the name of the city & another has the name of the sales rep, I wanted to replace the name of a sales rep with another against the assigned city to this new sales rep. The number of city aprx. 35-40 where name to be replaced. Example attached.
