Question Conditional formatting if values are found in a column

Hello. I have a table with the days of the week, days that I want to be filled with a color (conditional formatting) if they are found in column AH. I tried a few options but failed. Do you have any idea how I could do that? Thanks.

    as CF applied to $a$2:$ae$8

(change the comma to a semi colon ; if you are using a non US Excel version)
