I feel that you only need to look at Date, i.e., for cells B20 and down:Formula:
=IF(A20="","",IF(B20="","",IF(B20=B19,"Repayment",IF(Final!C25="",IF(B20<>EOMONTH(B20,0),"Repayment","Interest"),Final!C25))))
