How to set up conditional formatting based on another tab

    Hi,
In Sheet2 I have a Pivot Table with a bunch of names in Column A. I would like, that when there's something written (doesn't matter what) in Sheet1 under Column G (Notes) that the respective person in the Pivot Table is highlighted.

I have highlighted a cell as an example of what I'm hoping to accomplish through conditional formatting.

Sorry if this was poorly explained.
