How to match dates and times to stock price for 2 assets?

    Hello,

I have ran into a problem that I am sure someone must have solved. I am trying to match the dates and times of APPL stock price to the dates and times of AMZN's stock price. The data I currently have has a few entries where an hour is missing here and there. If someone could point me in the right direction it would mean a lot to me. I have attached the way my data looks below. I have tried using Index and Match but it doesn't seem to work.

The column 'Time' holds the date and time of AAPL stock price, the column 'AMZN Date and Time' holds the prices for AMZN. However, from Row 26, the time for both assets is not the same. I am trying to get them to match the times with the correct stock price for that time and the ones that are missing to just have a 0 in them. Do you get what I'm trying to say?

JohnTopley, my bad I was referring to figuring out how to upload an attachment when mentioning that I figured it out. I have still not figured this out yet and any help will be appreciated.

    In F3 copied down:

    =VLOOKUP(D3,$A$2:$B$10234,2,0

There is NO good reason to provide such a large dataset!!! 20-30 rows would be more than enough.
