I need to put comment with formula on remarks column in time sheet.

actual duty Time_IN is: 08:30 (cell C8)
actual duty Time_OUT is: 17:30 (cell D8)
remarks column: (cell J8)

Condition:
If a person comes before or actual time in and gone after actual time out that is "ON TIME"
If a person comes before or actual time in but gone before time out that is "EARLY OUT"
If a person comes after actual time in and gone after time out that is "LATE ARRIVAL"
If a person denies both conditions that is "LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY OUT"
