    Index formulas to rearrange from vertical to horizontal

    Hi,

    I've been struggling to to rework this meal planner template to better fit my needs. I believe I need to rearrange index formulas on Data analysis tab but could really use some help implementing the following so I can start on my weight loss journey using it!

    -'Meal Planner - Updated' tab: want to use table in the vertical format (lines 12 - 18)
    -'Shopping List - Updated' tab: want have the department for the grocery store in Column B

    Would really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to make these changes!
