Drop Down link to Table

Bare with me... excel novice here.

I have a table on sheet 1 of my workbook. On sheet 2 of my workbook I have a table with a drop down menu selection with the headings from table 1. I want the data to update in the table on sheet to depending on what drop down selection is made.

Attached for reference. I've tried, vlookup and if funtions and just not working. Would greatly appreciate any assistance out there!

Your information is inconsistent, no drop down menu and you don't refer to the name of the sheets.

No. What did you update in the new file - at first glance they look the same to me. I still don't see a drop-down.

that is so strange! when I save the document and close down the drop down menus dissapear...

I'll try another couple of things and maybe post back if I can't work it out. Thanks for your response.
