Formula to workout equipment required

Hi All,

So I am trying to work out how to get the total number of laptops, printers scanners that are required on each day of the year and display it on the Equipment Weekly tab. I have managed to work this out for Equipment Monthly Tab.
I have a planner for each year which shows peoples movements and what kit is required. My wish is to pull this information onto the Equipment Weekly tab, in such away as that I can change the year the Equipment Weekly form is looking at.
The equipment quantity needs to be reflected for the number of days it is required for the project and then added to any other projects that have equipment required for the same day to give a total requirement across all projects for the day.

I just can’t get my head around how to work this out. i need the equipment quantities x Project Duration Day (s) but it needs to be shown cumulatively for any all projects that have equipment needs on those dates, some how.

I also seem to have some performance issues I think this maybe down o the formulas used on the stats page.

Any suggestion on top on how to improve this would be greatly welcomed.
