Because normally I have more documents to retrieve data from and in Company B, there is as well data. I wanted to make an easy representation.
The data of company can change, so that is why I can't just make a copy or I need to make a copy every week.
If not necessary, I won't use merged cells but I don't know any other way
You appear to be wanting to "paint a picture" of the data rather than use it to do any calculations so the only option is to use VBA.
And your reply intimates your sample is a simplification of the real situation
