Find total quantity comparing multiple cells in another sheet.

Hi, i am excel beginner.I keep getting error message trying to find total.
I need to find total quantity in reports page, comparing department & itemcode in reports page (which is drop down list) with department & itemcode in transaction page.

I am trying to generate department and item wise total. Pls see the file below

will SUM Transactions

Change I5 DV to "=Code"

There is no data for "Receipt" of stock so current stock balance cannot be calculated.

You (ideally) need "Opening Balance", "Stock In" and "Stock out" on one sheet
