Check previous days to see if there is a match, then return results from matching columns

I have a file that is providing analysis across three columns on the hi side and doing the same analysis on the lo side. So, 6 column of data. When a solution is generated then the Hi side analysis is populated and the same is true for the lo side. There are some days where no data is generated. I am seeking a formula that will look at the current daily close, and compare that to the previous day that had data in the hi and lo analysis side, then populate the column L-N for Hi and O-Q for Lo with the corresponding data.

Hope this is clear and thank you for taking the time to look into this issue. B
