Check if multiple criteria are met in lines above

Hi,
I wanted to create a formula which writes "Ja" in column U ('Angebots-kalkulation) whenever it finds for the respective client, let´s say Client D, in column Angebotsstatus the text "Menge beschafft" or
"angenommen / Menge OFFEN" under the condition that these criteria are not met in any line above.
