make a Ranking list for my comic book collection

i have recently started collecting comic books and have made a sort of ranking list, i've tried to use the lookup function to do what i need to do but id love to make a search function, that when the name of a comic title is typed into one box, the score of the book shows up underneath the search bar, if this is possible id love to do it, any help is appreciated, thank you! if you wanna test it out and then send it back i have attached the file below
