    Counting Last Ten Values in a Column

    I need to count the last 10 values in a column (B3:b23) in my example. I highlighted in yellow the last ten values. I need to know the number of occurrences that are equal or below a value (cell G4), equal or above a value (cell G6), and number of times in between cells G4 and G6. To further complicate things, I have blank cells and M (which stands for missing). I am thinking I might be able to use LARGE or AVSET, but not sure. Does anyone have any ideas?
